Using the service

AI FRRIP provides tools for planning, generating, reviewing and rendering content. Feature availability, usage limits and prices are shown in the application.

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for any business or account you connect. Keep your sign-in secure and use only accounts you own or have permission to manage.

Your content and permissions

You retain any rights you hold in your inputs. You give AI FRRIP permission to store, process, transform and transmit your content as needed to provide the features you request, including through relevant service providers.

You must hold the rights and permissions needed for uploaded media, music, voices, likenesses, brands and personal information. Stock assets and third-party materials remain subject to their licences. AI-generated output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection; AI FRRIP does not guarantee exclusive ownership.

Review before use

You are responsible for checking factual claims, rights, captions, pronunciation, disclosures and platform rules before using or publishing output. Review approval in AI FRRIP does not establish approval by a social platform or a rights holder.

When you use the YouTube integration, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Other connected platforms apply their own terms and eligibility rules.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, harassment, exploitation, impersonation or infringement.
• Do not bypass usage limits, security controls, account permissions or platform restrictions.
• Do not upload malicious files, expose other people's private information without authority, or interfere with another customer's work.

Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal obligations. Restrictions do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Free plan, credits and subscriptions

Use the Free plan to evaluate the available service before purchasing. It has usage limits and is not an unlimited trial. Before purchasing, check the displayed price, currency, taxes, credit allowance and renewal terms before confirming payment.

Generation can reserve credits before work starts. Completed work consumes the applicable credits; eligible failed or cancelled unfinished work releases its reservation according to the credit rules. A credit release is not a cash refund. Requesting a new version may require new credits.

We do not offer discretionary refunds for change of mind or unused credits. Mandatory legal rights continue to apply. See Refunds & cancellation.

Availability and responsibility

Outputs can contain errors and third-party services can be unavailable or change their rules. AI FRRIP does not guarantee uninterrupted service, platform approval, audience growth, revenue or monetisation. Keep copies of content you need.

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees or other rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the Disclaimer for content limitations.
