Delete a project

Sign in, open Projects, select the project's Delete action and review the confirmation. Deletion starts a background cleanup of associated project records and stored media. Save any downloads you need first. Wait for completion; a queued request is not proof that cleanup has finished.

This action does not delete your AI FRRIP account, all billing or audit records, downloaded copies, or content already uploaded to social platforms.

Disconnect a social account

Where you have an existing connection, open the project's Integrations page and choose Disconnect for that account. The connection is disabled, its saved project destinations are removed, and stored credential cleanup starts. For Facebook, this removes the selected Page credential from AI FRRIP without revoking your entire Facebook app permission grant, which could affect other Page connections. If cleanup fails, use Retry cleanup on the Integrations page. To remove AI FRRIP’s full Facebook permission grant, use Facebook’s Business integrations settings. Facebook posts already published remain on Facebook. For Instagram, Disconnect removes the saved credentials from AI FRRIP. To remove the separate app authorization, use Instagram’s Apps and websites settings. Published Reels remain on Instagram. For YouTube and TikTok, the service also attempts provider revocation. For YouTube, Disconnect immediately removes the saved channel information, uploaded video identifiers, API responses and statistics from AI FRRIP. Token cleanup is retried if it fails and is bounded to seven days. Project media and internal action records remain; these do not retain the removed YouTube API data.

You can also remove AI FRRIP through the connected platform's own account controls. For Google and YouTube, use Google account connections. Manage videos already on YouTube through YouTube itself.

Account-wide deletion and privacy requests

For YouTube data deletion, you can use Disconnect immediately. We handle requests to delete stored YouTube API data within seven days. For help with account-wide deletion, access or correction, visit Support. Deleting a project or disconnecting a platform does not delete your AI FRRIP account.

Records that may remain

Transaction, security and audit records may need to be retained for accounting, disputes or security. Copies on a third-party platform follow that platform's controls and policies. Deleting a project does not cancel a subscription.
