The Free plan lets you evaluate available features within its usage limits. Review output quality and suitability before choosing a paid plan.

No discretionary refunds

AI FRRIP does not offer discretionary refunds for change of mind, unused credits, unused subscription time or simply deciding not to use the service.

This does not exclude a refund, replacement, cancellation or other remedy required by applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Having a Free plan does not remove these rights.

Cancel future renewal

If you have a subscription, use Billing in the dashboard to open subscription management and confirm cancellation. The supported cancellation flow takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Check the confirmation and effective date. Cancellation does not itself refund the current period or turn credits into cash.

Deleting a project, disconnecting a social account or signing out does not cancel a subscription.

Failed generation and credits

A failed or cancelled unfinished operation can release its unused credit reservation to the original credit grant, with the original expiry. Completed work remains chargeable. Released credits and cash refunds are different processes.

Billing problems

For help with a billing issue, visit Support. Keep the relevant invoice or job reference and a description of the issue ready. Do not share full card details or account passwords.
